SCC Vietnam welcomed 20 students from Ho Chi Minh City University (HUTECH) of Technology to their offices to introduce them to their internship programme.
The visit, which took place on December 18th, saw the HUTECH students introduced to the company, given an overview, and taught about the operation of each team.
Hanh Nguyen, General Manager at SCC Vietnam said, “Students will only learn the theory side at university and will lack a practical application. The open day presented an opportunity for students to have an overview of the working environment at an IT company, and observe how it is operated and how theories learned from university will be applied in practice.”
“It was also a channel to introduce SCC to the IT market to these soon-to-be gradates and presented a recruitment opportunity at a minimal cost.”
SCC Vietnam is looking to hire between 10-20 students for 2019.
